Service discussions

Submitting an inquiry does not automatically create a service agreement. Project scope, pricing, timelines, access, and responsibilities should be agreed before work begins.

Cybersecurity authorization

Cybersecurity work is performed only with written permission from the system owner or an authorized representative.

EduManage demos

Public EduManage demo environments are for evaluation and presentation. Schools should not treat demo records as production school data.

Support and response times

WaskiZone aims to respond during normal business hours. Urgent work, cybersecurity reviews, onboarding, maintenance, and support expectations should be agreed as part of the project or service arrangement.
