Information we collect

WaskiZone may collect your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, organization or school name, requested service, budget range, timeline, and message when you submit the contact form.

If you submit an EduManage Sales Representative application, WaskiZone also collects the location, occupation, education, experience, interest, suitability, professional-network information, and optional LinkedIn profile or comments you choose to provide. The initial application does not request identity documents, financial details, or a CV.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to inquiries, schedule demos, prepare onboarding, discuss projects, provide support, review applications, communicate recruitment decisions, and improve our services and application process.

Confidentiality

Data analysis files, school onboarding information, cybersecurity findings, and business details shared with WaskiZone are treated as confidential client information.

Third-party services

The site may use hosting, analytics, email delivery, and appointment scheduling providers such as Vercel, Brevo, and Google Calendar to operate the website, send inquiry notifications, and arrange requested meetings. Application form contents are delivered through WaskiZone's configured email provider and are not sent to website analytics.

Security and retention

WaskiZone keeps inquiry details for service follow-up, demo coordination, project planning, support, recruitment review, and reasonable business records. Information should be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed for those purposes, subject to an approved retention policy and any legitimate legal or operational requirement. Sensitive school, analysis, security-review, or applicant documents should be shared only through agreed channels.
